received new fridge and it was defective from the start the ice cream in the fridge was melting and my fruit and vegetables froze even at lowest setting in the fridge. called for service.

unable to provide service in our rural area within a week, so the dealer located in the next major city replaced the fridge. asked AG paykel to cover cost of frozen vegetables and fruit we had to toss out because of malfunction of new fridge and they refused because we had cancelled our work order for repair after the dealer in Sherbrooke Qc. Canada replaced the defective new fridge!! I will never buy another product from this company.!!

my suggestion, avoid buying their products.

The company performed at least equal too and actually above reasonable expectation.

Total, immediate replacement is the ultimate warranty service.

Consequential damages such as the food you chose to place inside are almost always specifically declined as a warranty claim.

The initial contract you must have signed likely states this in the small print.
