Fisher and Paykel - Fisher & Paykel WORTHLESS warranty
After numerous phone calls hours on the line and a month I still haven't got my fridge fixed by Fisher & Paykel. The customer service is abysmal.
Rude customer service officers. There is no complaints department and escalating your issue to a supervisor goes nowhere with no phone call ever answered. Do not buy products from Fisher & Paykel especially Haier fridges. They are just cheap and breakdown and you will never get them fixed because the customer service team does not care one bit.
I even had a customer service representative call me dude on the phone and told me to calm down. Avoid at all cost.
Reason of review: Warranty issue.
Monetary Loss: $150.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
