Don't presume your customer requiring help is sitting there with a credit card
I am upset with your help team who expected me to be able to front up with a credit card and put a refundable $12.00 on something no chance to say not possible . I love my refrigerator stove top and pyroliptic oven have been scared to use the oven on self clean found all instructions on dismanteling the door etc clear removeing metal something went wrong I ended up with A 3 error when I found out how useless your help team was by now I was cut off with a form to use a credit card on no discussion I again tried the hint to gently try to get the door to open I was greatly blessed this happened and grateful to the book with the oven I now have it I think successfully set to 4hr clean I had tried everything in the book numerous times before going to your help

THE OVEN -Poor Product - Poor Customer Service
As the technician was packing up to leave, after his or another's fourth visit in 6 weeks, I asked where his suitcase was. "Suitcase"?
"Yes", I said. "You might as well stay here because when this oven goes out within a week or so, as before, you will be here ready to fix it." We rarely cook or use the oven but mystery of mysteries when the first part went out then there was a second and a third part strangely out of order. All within a very short period of time. One replacement part never did work.
Bad enough waiting on hold for the New Zealand customer service department and being told there was no record of past service calls. Don't bother trying to explain or negotiate a free service call or part replacement cause it ain't gonna happen.
This is without a doubt the worst company I have ever had to deal with. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT!

Preferred solution: Redesign. Dump One control for dual drawer dishwasher. Return to Dual Controls. They WORK GREAT

Ripped off
I'm now over a year and half of trying to get the Customer Service Leadership in north America to understand how much their company has ripped me off, to see yet another email by Lisette, saying she's again closing my claim.
The folks in New Zealand were actually kind/caring, but theirs hands are tied.
The story: double wall oven purchased for $4500. Main circuit/relay board died. Board was sent to FP for repair, they lost it. Said no more can be found or made, as the Mfg. was in Japan and wiped out during the Tsunami. So, I've been patient. This was Oct. 2017. Imagine Thanksgiving and Christmas without an oven.
They only want to compensate for the value of the board ($400), even though they've rendered the depreciated value (their number) of $3000.
So, I keep asking for my $3K, and each time Lisette just wants to shut down the communication. There's simply no rationalizing with this person. I don't understand how she can be the head of Cust. Service when she can't see that their company has taken $3K in value from my family, and put me through *** for the last year plus.

Oh my gosh..... This review could have been written by me....
I gave up sending paperwork to FP to prove service had been performed. This was a total waste of time. But I was always hopeful so I kept it up....
Now there is no warranty left. Going to start over with a different machine having learned an expensive lesson.
