Purchased in Jan 2016. One morning in July - the oven fan kicks on (in the off position) and there is nothing in the display.

The F & P reps were NO help to the repair technicians from the store of purchase. After 2 sets of parts and 2 exchanges, it kept doing same thing. New one ordered, new one plugged in, breaker switch turned on (this was the only way to shut it off) - new oven does the same *** thing. $3,700.00 - and this is what I get.

A lot of Headache. I'll be without an oven for at least 2 months by the time this is resolved. I've called their customer service twice - never a call back - zero follow up. "They, didn't sell me the stove"......so, evidently, they have no responsibility.

But, my check is cashed. Very disappointed. I feel completely ripped off.

No more Fisher and Paykel for me - and I'm telling ALL my friends - from NY to CA!!!!

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $4000.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Fisher and Paykel Cons: Customer service.
