I have had my F/P washer and dryer for 5 1/2 years. I have not had repair problems but certainly have not been satisfied with the products.

The washer takes an incredibly long time to do a cycle. I could understand that with an all cold water load but the last warm load I did took 2 hours and 20 minutes to complete! What a waster of energy.

The same with the dryer..long drying time plus often the clothes are not dry after the cycle. So much for their sensing system on clothes moisture.

I'm going back to my old favorite, Kenmore. 35b2289
